Apples, pears, and plums for the noble drops hail from our own orchards – a traditional, sustainable meadow for cultivation that plays an essential role in the preservation of old types of fruit and biodiversity. The ingredients for delightful jams, spicy herbal teas and crispy salads grow in our cottage garden. From the garden straight onto your plate – an incomparably fresh enjoyment!

Our spa area pampers you with the best of “alpine wellness”. This terminology attests to the sourcing of ingredients from our surrounding nature as well as traditional rituals for health and beauty that have been handed down for centuries. Fragrant hay from alpine meadows, hand-picked medicinal plants and herbs or the legendary Tyrolean stone oil are the main ingredients in our massage oils, baths essences, creams, and lotions.
