Here with us home and nature come together on our lovingly tended table, providing refreshment for adventure-packed days, enabling you to reflect on fantastic Alpine adventures with a lovely glass of wine, and the opportunity to chance upon regional concepts. HEALTHY PLEASURE-PACKED HEALTH – LET US FEAST TOGETHER!

Refreshingly healthy in the morning. Traditional, original and re-interpreted in the evening. Regional, delicious and home-made. This is something that you can not only see, but taste too. Freshly caught Kwell char and Tyrolean grey cattle enhanced with herbs we have gathered ourselves from the surrounding woods and pastures.

Potatoes, bread and eggs from farms close by and vegetables which taste so good in the Seppl, since they grow right here in our own fields. Almost everything that we use in our kitchen grows and thrives close by, no more than 20 kilometres away; within hiking and cycling distance. This is the perfect symbiosis of regionality and cuisine.

Enjoy a feast at the loveliest meal of the day with organic egg dishes from happy hens from Mutter, crisp fruit, vitamin-packed smoothies, hearty cereals, dairy produce from Tyrol cows and home-made jams, to bread fresh from the oven from Martha’s farm.

Culinary joy is created by hand in the Seppl: Home-pressed apple juice, jams made from freshly picked fruit, light, sweet creations we have made and ‘high-proof’ pleasure-packed moments from the hotel’s own schnapps distillery.
